Most of the menu is protective styling: knotless braids in small, medium and large sizes, two-strand and crochet twists, cornrows for men and kids, weaves with leave-out or closure installs, and glueless wig installs. Touch-ups for braids and weaves are listed separately, along with blow outs, ponytails and take-downs. An add-on hair wash is available, and a deep conditioning follicle treatment using natural remedies can be added to a service for $50.

Alopecia support is a distinct part of the business. A 30-minute private video consultation by FaceTime or video chat costs $100, and $50 of that is applied to a follow-up service. The cranial prostheses service, priced at $1,000 and taking about five hours, covers the consultation, measurements for custom pieces and secure installation. A braid style cover-up for hair loss is also offered, with pricing based on the severity of hair loss and the chosen style.

Braid education is the other side of the studio. Group classes are open to kids from age 5, to beginners from 15 to 65 and older with no experience needed, and to advanced students who want to build their skills. One-on-one beginner and advanced classes are also available, and the advanced session includes practice on a live person with Ms. Kia assisting. The studio also sells The Braider Blueprint Starter Edition and a limited-edition braid practice kit.
