Haircuts for gender-affirming styling are offered through The Dress Code Project, a network of salons and barbershops that works with LGBTQ2S+ clients.

Color is a major focus, from all-over and dimensional color to full and partial balayage, highlights and lowlights, transformational or corrective color, and vivid or fashion shades. Cuts range from short and medium to long, with bald fades and extra-thick haircuts also offered. Braided and up-styles, hair extensions and Brazilian Hair Straightening or Brazilian Blow-Out round out the menu, with extensions and both straightening treatments requiring a scheduled consultation.

Booking is possible by phone, by text or online, and a credit card is required to hold an appointment, though nothing is charged at booking. Cards are kept in an encrypted booking system. Changes need at least 24 hours notice; a late cancellation or missed appointment is charged 50% of the service price, and a no-show with no contact is charged 100%. Complimentary corrections must be scheduled within two weeks of the service. Hourly stylist rates start at $70 to $110, with junior stylists starting at $70. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, cash and check are accepted. Appointments may be available outside posted hours on request.

Additional visitors are not allowed during an appointment, though same-time services can be booked with family or friends. The salon is not kid friendly and does not offer haircuts for young children, although existing child clients of a stylist may continue. Registered service animals are welcome; other dogs require contacting the salon first and may not be possible when fully booked. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and products are replaced only if defective or damaged, or exchanged for the same item. Metered parking and WiFi are available.
