The menu covers full-body waxing, from single areas such as the chin, neck, sideburns, cheeks, nose, upper lip and underarms to larger areas such as the full arm, full leg and full back. There is also a set of women's intimate waxes, including bikini line, bikini full, Brazilian and a Brazilian series, with separate options for female anatomy. A full face wax covers the brows, nose, cheeks, lips, chin, sideburns and possibly part of the neck.

Brow services include basic eyebrow shaping, a brow tint with brow wax, brow lamination with brow wax, and a combined session of lamination, tint and wax. According to the business, the brow tint is a hybrid stain that lasts up to 10 days, while the color within the hair lasts up to 6 weeks. Brow lamination results are listed at 4 to 6 weeks, or up to 8 weeks with proper care.

Appointments are by appointment only, and the studio asks that only the client attend, since extra guests, including children, cannot be accommodated. Clients who are more than 7 minutes late may need to reschedule or cancel, and a late arrival that cannot be serviced forfeits the deposit, which is required again to rebook. For emergencies or same-day illness, clients are asked to text as soon as possible, and the business says it will try to be flexible. Clients must be 18 or older to be waxed.

Before a wax, clients are asked not to shave for at least two weeks, aiming for hair about the length of a grain of rice. Waxing during a period is possible when a tampon or cup is inserted, and waxing during pregnancy is permitted, with a consistent schedule advised. Clients using prescribed Retin-A cream are asked to stop for 7 days before and after a wax, and anyone who has taken Accutane cannot be waxed until a year after finishing it. Clients should tell their waxer about any medications and consult a doctor about them. Typical results last 3 to 4 weeks, and rebooking every 3 to 4 weeks is suggested. Discomfort is expected, and pain varies from person to person.

Hours are Tuesday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 3:15 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 1:15 pm, Friday 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
