The studio's main focus is acne. Its Face Reality Acne Bootcamp is a structured program that begins with an in-depth consultation and six treatments, three standard and three advanced, with visits spaced two weeks apart and maintenance visits every four to six weeks after that. Each in-office visit includes skin reading with progress photos, an enzyme or peel, extractions with high frequency, LED light therapy and hydration with SPF, and takes about 45 minutes on average. Clients also receive an at-home kit at the first visit, which the studio values at around $200, and receive 15% off their first product purchase; products are sold separately and refills are full price.

Beyond the bootcamp, the studio offers custom facials ranging from a 35-minute express option to 90-minute sessions with a hydrojelly mask. Chemical peels range from lighter lactic and low-concentration glycolic peels to medium-depth peels using stronger glycolic acid, TCA or combination formulas. Pregnancy-safe peel options using lactic acid and other gentle ingredients are available. Clients are asked to stop retinoids five days before a peel. Brightening and anti-aging peel packages are sold as series of four peels spaced four weeks apart, and the ultimate package adds five at-home products.

Microneedling offers adjustable needle depths. Topical numbing is applied for roughly 20 minutes, followed by a calming sheet mask. Treatments are scheduled four weeks apart, and the studio suggests three to six sessions. Packages include a sample set of post-care serums and a mask to use at home. Dermaplaning is available as its own 45-minute appointment. LED light therapy can be added to most visits or booked separately, with a typical session lasting about 20 minutes. The light combines red wavelengths, linked to collagen and wound repair, with blue wavelengths aimed at acne-causing bacteria. LED cannot be combined with certain advanced peels.

The studio states that its products are backed by research and that it uses only carefully selected skin care, including natural and organic options and products not tested on animals. It also notes that Denver's altitude increases UV exposure, which is why daily SPF is part of its hydration step.

Each visit starts with a consultation that assesses skin type, texture, tone, hydration and concerns before any treatment or product is chosen.
