A visit usually starts with a one-hour consultation. The appointment looks at muscle movement, skin health, elasticity, pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, bone structure, facial balance and volume loss, and includes a review of the products a client already uses and time for questions. The consultation costs $100, and that fee is credited toward the treatment the client chooses. From there, the practice builds a customized skin care plan.

The salon offers a range of injectables. Botox is used on forehead and eye-area lines, to slim the nose and face, to relax a gummy smile, to ease neck muscle bands, and to create a fuller lip. It is listed at $13 per unit, and results typically last about 3 months on average. After treatment, clients stay upright and skip exercise for 6 hours, and should avoid touching, massaging or manipulating the treated areas. An in-office touch-up is booked 10 to 20 days after the first appointment. Dermal fillers, placed as micro-droplets, rebuild volume and balance facial contours in the lips, cheeks, jawline, temples, smoker's lines, mouth folds, under the eyes and jowls. SkinVive Bounce, sometimes called Jello Skin, is a micro-droplet hyaluronic acid treatment priced per mL, with results that can last up to six months under optimal treatment. Sculptra, a collagen-stimulating injectable, restores facial volume and is usually given over roughly three sessions spread across a few months, with results lasting up to two years. Kybella, which the FDA has approved, breaks down fat beneath the chin.

Skin treatments range from a men's facial built for male skin to The Best Facial of Your Life, which combines dermaplaning, a gentle peel, a DiamondGlow deep pore cleanse, steam, lymphatic drainage massage, a rosewater pH balance and a hydration mask. Nellie's Custom Facial uses dermaplaning, a papaya enzyme prep, light extractions and facial massage, with products chosen by Nellie for each client. The VI Peel Glass Skin Peel targets pigmentation, sun damage and uneven tone, and a Purify version is for breakouts and post-acne marks. SkinPen microneedling is used for acne scarring and skin tightening. Other options include Luminous Basics, a dermaplaning treatment followed by a papaya enzyme peel, and a 75-minute massage in therapeutic or deep tissue styles.

Pricing and payment options include a subscription at $129 per month that can be applied to any service and gives members 15% off skin care treatments such as facials, microneedling, chemical peels and IV therapy, with fillers and Botox excluded. Beauty Piggy Bank lets clients set aside $100, $200 or $300 per month toward future Botox or filler treatments, with credits accumulating for up to 4 months per service. Allergan financing can be used for all treatments, not only Botox or fillers, and the account is set up through Allē on a desktop computer. Hours are Monday 12 to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Wednesday 8am to noon, Friday 10am to 2pm, and Saturday by request.
