The studio's founding belief is that healthy skin is beautiful and that feeling confident in your skin matters. Its treatments are paired with education, and the studio describes them as cutting-edge and professional-grade.

A visit usually starts with a thorough skin assessment and consultation, followed by a long-term treatment plan. The last stage covers maintenance: education, curated home routines and periodic follow-up treatments. Appointments can be booked online, in person or by text, and clients receive a confirmation request before their visit. Changes or cancellations are requested more than 24 hours ahead. A credit card may be required to book but is only charged in cases of repeated no-shows.

Signature facials range from a 45-minute Teen Facial to the 70-minute Acne Facial, which includes exfoliation, extractions, an ice globe massage and blue light LED therapy. Glo2Facials, an oxygen-based facial, come in 10 Karat, 14 Karat and Solid Gold versions, and there are body options for small and large areas. Microneedling is done with SkinPen, which the studio describes as FDA-cleared. Services are performed by a licensed aesthetician trained and certified to work under the delegation of a medical director, Melissa Milan, MD.

Each client starts with an assessment, followed by a long-term plan and ongoing follow-up care. Alongside treatments grounded in research, the approach includes teaching clients about their skin, using products suited to clinical settings.
