Gina Felando owns the studio and performs the treatments herself. Her approach centers on personalized treatments, building ongoing relationships with clients, and encouraging regular scheduled appointments. Facials are shaped around each client, and she explains the products and skin conditions involved and helps clients set up at-home routines.

The menu is organized into advanced skincare, facials, and several waxing areas, plus tinting. The REZENERATE NanoFacial is the studio's most detailed treatment, combining cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a nano infusion, a calming mask and cold therapy with acupressure. It can be extended with one or two enhancements, chosen from LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning or oxygen blast, and the studio suggests a series of four treatments about two weeks apart depending on the concern. Custom facials can be booked at 45, 60 or 80 minutes, with upgrades added according to the length chosen.

Gift cards are sold online through the Book Now page and delivered by email as a certificate code. The studio also sells Glymed products through an online store, where clients register for a retail account to shop. Before a custom facial, the studio asks clients to avoid active acids and retinol or vitamin A products for three to five days either side of the appointment, and to skip facial waxing for three days either side of a facial.

Treatments are personalized, the studio aims for ongoing client relationships, and clients are guided on at-home skincare.
