The lash menu runs from the Classy Set, which places one extension on each natural lash, through the Ava Luxx Set with its lighter diameter lash, to the Hybrid, Hybrid Wispy and Volume sets. Colored lashes, lash fullsets in color, perms for natural lashes, and lash removal without a new set are also offered. A test patch, which places single lashes on both eyes for 24 hours, can be done to check for a possible allergic reaction.

Brow services include threading, a temporary brow tint that lasts up to two weeks with proper aftercare, and brow lamination that lifts the hair and lasts about six weeks. Microblading and microshading are also offered; microshading is a form of permanent makeup that gives a pixelated, airbrushed look. A mini facial with dermaplaning is available, and Swarovski crystal tooth gems can be added in a range of sizes.

Changes to appointments can be made online or by text. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale. The business also sells beauty training, including a master course and lash and brow courses for beginners and intermediate students.
