The menu is organized around a few formats. Facial Bar treatments are under an hour and include a skin consultation, cleansing, scrub, face mask, moisturizer, sunscreen and an oxygen infusion, but they do not include extractions or steam. In-room facials are longer and fuller, with extractions, steam and a hot towel, and they finish with serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. Oxygen facials use hyperbaric oxygen to infuse a hyaluronic acid serum into the skin.

Massage options include Swedish, customized massage combining Swedish techniques with medium and targeted sustained pressure, deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, hot stone and foot reflexology, plus a chair massage option and stretch relief sessions. Brow and lash services, waxing, and teen services for clients 17 and under round out the menu. The spa also lists weight loss programs among its services.

Tips are not built into service prices; the salon suggests 15% to 20% for the provider. HSA and FSA cards can be used for qualifying medical-grade work such as acne treatment and lymphatic drainage after surgery. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at the full price.
