Braiding is a major part of the menu. Options run from braid touch-ups and simple braids with added hair through large and medium box braids, knotless braids, feed-in braids, tribal braids and boho braids. Hair is included in several of the braid prices, and clients note the braid hair color they want in their booking. Simple braids with more than eight braids cost extra. Feed-in braids and large box braids carry a take-down or detangling fee if the hair hasn't been taken down or detangled before the appointment.

Some services start with a consultation. One is needed before a first relaxer, before a first appointment with the stylist, and before a keratin smoothing treatment. The consultation fee is paid once it is completed. For wigs, the custom wig consultation covers measuring the head and choosing hair, and the install day is booked during that visit. Hair is not supplied for bonded quick weaves or crochets, and two-strand twists require Afro twist hair to be booked.

The studio concentrates on hair care and the overall condition of clients' hair, with consultations before services where the hair needs a closer look.
