Rather than one team under a single brand, the building houses several stylists, each with their own name and booking: Styles with Joy, Color Me Gorgeous, Hair Loft by Christine and GlamLab. Each keeps its own hours and pricing, so it helps to book with the stylist whose specialty matches your visit.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Some services need a consultation first: first-time color clients book a no-cost consultation before their appointment, GlamLab color requires one, and tape-in extensions and sew-in with leave-out work also begin with a consultation.

The menu is broad. It covers color, keratin straightening, relaxers, perms, haircuts, treatments, braiding, extensions, natural hair styling, locs, makeup and facial waxing, so one visit can cover several needs.
