Lash extensions are applied with UV-cured technology. Fills are grouped by timing: a 45-minute refresh suits clients returning within one to two weeks with little shedding, a 60-minute signature fill fits a two to three week gap, and a 75-minute extended fill is for longer gaps or heavier shedding. Clients whose extensions were applied by another artist can book a foreign lash fill, accepted at the artist's discretion, and sets with excessive shedding may need a new full set instead. A custom UV set, about three hours long, alternates single lashes with handmade fans.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and Korean brow lamination in three versions: without tint, with tint, and with wax and tint. Waxing is offered for lip, chin, cheek, nose and neck, and a full face wax covers four facial areas or three areas plus a brow tint. Consultations are free and last 30 minutes. The portfolio shows lash sets in classic, hybrid, wet, volume, whispy and anime styles, along with brow lamination and wax and tint work.

Please come in with lashes or brows already cleaned and no eye makeup, mascara, oils or skincare on the area being done. Changes made less than 48 hours before an appointment, whether a cancellation or a reschedule, are charged 50% of the service price. A missed appointment or a same-day cancellation is charged the full price. The owner may, at their discretion, waive the late-cancellation fee once per client; this does not apply to no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment.

Lash fills are matched to how long it has been since the last set, with the appointment length and shedding guidance tied to that timing.
