The studio describes its approach as using premium materials and tools in a clean, hygienic setting. A full set of lash extensions begins with a consultation and a lash bath using an extension-safe foam cleanser. Full sets are required for clients who are not currently wearing extensions or whose last fill was more than four weeks ago. Clients can choose classic, hybrid, volume or mega volume styles, and fills are generally booked every two to three weeks.

The owner approves each appointment request manually, and a valid credit or debit card is needed to book, though it is not charged until the service is complete. Most services require a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the total. Clients under 18 need a parent's consent.

Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice avoids a 50% late cancellation fee. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full service fee and forfeits any deposit. A deposit can be carried over once for a reschedule, and a second reschedule requires a new deposit. No refunds are offered for services, and retail products are final sale. Electronic gift certificates can be bought online and physical gift cards are available by text; gift certificates are valid for one year.

The studio's methods center on each client's own lashes and brows, with a consultation before extension sets and an Allergy Test for clients with a history of reactions to lash products.
