Services are grouped into cutting, styling, color, color experiences, color combinations, lightening, gray blending, transformations and treatments. Natural curly cuts are done on clean, detangled, dry hair worn down and diffused rather than blown out, and clients can sit under a hooded dryer afterward with a refreshing drink. Non-curly cuts are performed on wet hair. The longer cuts include a blow dry, and a complimentary consultation is offered to help choose a cut.

Guests booking color are encouraged to have an in-person consultation before choosing a service. Every color client gets the same measured portion of color or lightener, so when more is needed, extra bowls are added and charged. Arrive with completely dry hair, and skip spray-on or powder root concealers beforehand, because if they've been used the salon cannot promise full coverage on a single-process root touch-up. Single-process color is most often chosen to hide gray regrowth and includes a custom gloss.

Booking requires a credit card to reserve an appointment. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the services booked. Email and text reminders go out three days before the appointment, and clients confirm through the link sent. Listed prices are starting prices. The salon does not offer refunds of any kind, so clients unhappy with a service should notify the salon within one week.

The salon is open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm, closed every other Sunday. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
