New clients start with a brief video consultation of roughly 5 to 10 minutes, at no cost, to review medical history and wellness goals. A Good Faith Exam is required before any treatment, and follow-up or optional consultations are priced at $80. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, and walk-ins are accepted.
The menu covers Letybo and Botox wrinkle relaxers, with prepaid unit banks, and bioidentical hormone replacement using Biote pellets for men and women. Microneedling and microdermabrasion are offered for skin and scalp concerns, and the IV menu ranges from hydration and vitamin formulas to hangover, migraine, immune and anti-aging blends. NAD+ is available as an injection or through a monthly tiered program, and a $50 monthly membership is credited to the client's account for future purchases. Many treatments can also be delivered by mobile service at a client's home, office or event.
Some IV formulas, including the muscle-related anti-inflammatory and the migraine cocktail, may cause drowsiness, so clients are advised to plan a ride home. Products are ordered and prepared for each appointment, so they cannot be reused or recycled once made. Gift cards are sold on the website.
Physician-led care in which hormone plans are based on symptoms and laboratory results, and treatments are tailored to each client.
