About

ALFA Med Spa is located at 134 Northwoods Blvd, #1A in Columbus, Ohio, and is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, closed on weekends. The business describes itself as a destination for luxury medical aesthetics in Columbus. Its stated mission is to build self-confidence at every stage of life, and its stated values are authenticity, innovation and excellence. The med spa was founded by Leyla Aliyeva, FNP-S, and gift cards are available.

Services are grouped into injectables, aesthetic treatments, laser treatments and wellness. Injectables include neurotoxin options from several brands, dermal fillers in a range of product lines, Kybella for fat under the chin, Sculptra for gradual collagen stimulation and volume restoration, and PRP/PRF made from the client's own growth factors. Aesthetic treatments cover HydraDiamond facials, chemical peels in light, medium and stronger strengths, microneedling, microdermabrasion, body waxing, body wraps, body contouring, brow and lash tinting and hair restoration. Laser services range from hair removal and pigment removal to skin resurfacing, skin tightening and tattoo removal.

Body contouring at the med spa is non-surgical or minimally invasive and is not a weight-loss solution; it targets areas that have not responded to diet and exercise. Filler appointments usually take 30 to 45 minutes, and laser sessions typically run from about 15 minutes to an hour depending on the area.

The wellness side includes medical weight loss plans with nutrition counseling, exercise recommendations, medication support when appropriate and regular check-ins. Hormone replacement therapy begins with lab testing, then uses customized dosing and ongoing monitoring of hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Hormones can be delivered as creams, patches, injections or pellets placed under the skin.

Creates individualized treatment plans after a consultation, and many treatments take less than an hour with little to no downtime.

The spa describes its setting as clinically skilled yet calming, with a welcoming feel for clients.
