Every client starts with a consultation, which is listed as free on the booking page, and a treatment plan is built around the goals the client shares. Neurotoxin treatments use Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. Dermal fillers include Restylane for the lips, cheeks, chin, under the eyes and nasolabial folds, and Filler Dissolve with Hylenex is also available. Sculptra is offered to restore facial volume and stimulate collagen, with results visible within a month and usually two to four sessions.

Microneedling is offered with add-ons available on request, and a signature microneedling session is listed at $400. Chemical peels exfoliate dead skin cells at varying depths, and the peel is chosen to suit the skin. Superficial peels are built up in layers and left on the skin, with strength controlled by the number of layers, while deeper peels are timed and then removed. Light peels generally need little to no downtime, while medium and deep peels may need a few weeks to recover. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure and active ingredients such as retinol and vitamin C until the skin has fully healed.

The Avella Collection membership is listed at $50 per month with a three-month commitment. Members receive 10% off injectables, skin treatments and products, a $20 birthday credit, and membership fees that can be applied toward treatments. Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding does not qualify for dermal filler or neurotoxin services. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Wednesday from 12pm to 6pm, and Friday from 12pm to 4pm, and it is closed on Mondays. Saturday visits happen only by appointment.
