Haircare is the core of the menu. The signature cut, The Ultimate Cut from $48, includes a consultation, scalp massage, shampoo and conditioner, a hot neck shave and a style. Other options include a Senior Cut from $38 for clients over 65, a Student Cut from $42 for full-time students aged 8 to 18 with a valid student ID, and Bald Out from $38, which leaves no hair or stubble. For gray hair, Detail with Color blends with the natural hair tone, and the MAX Results Cut with Color from $85 uses specialized techniques to blend or fully hide gray. Creative color, including highlights and non-everyday shades, must be booked by phone. Scalp treatments for flaky or problem scalps are priced at $25 with a haircut or color, or $40 without one, and the scalp treatment must be booked with an Ultimate Cut.

Beard grooming is its own service. Beard Shaping fits the beard to the face and the client's preferences. Full Beard Shaping from $28 includes a hot towel, a mix of tools and a line-up, while the Basic Beard Trim Shadow from $20 is a quick trim with trimmers and clippers, suited to tight beards. Beard Color starts at $30. Basic Shave uses hot towels and aromatherapy with a razor.

The spa side covers several massage styles. Express Massage is a 30-minute upper back and neck session for $45. Deep Relax Massage uses aromatherapy, Therapeutic Muscular Massage uses deep pressure, kneading and cryotherapy lotion, Hot Stone Massage uses river rocks to warm the muscles, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic session meant to support circulation and recovery, and the CBD Massage is 90 minutes with CBD-infused massage cream and a CBD warming muscle balm, plus a CBD gummy and drink. Facials range from a $20 Minute Facial add-on for a haircut to the Bio Targeted and Advanced Bio Targeted treatments, the Corrective Face Treatment, which uses a professional-grade peel and LED light therapy for acne, sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles, and the HydroJelly Face Treatment, which includes an eye treatment. A Back Facial is designed for breakouts. Waxing covers ears, nose, eyebrows, back, chest, arms and legs, and hand and foot services include a Paraffin Dip with Hand and Arm Massage for $30, an Executive Manicure, a Pedicure and a Hot Stone Pedicure.

Membership and perks: the VIP Membership costs $75 per three months and gives 15% off spa services such as massage, facials, manicures and pedicures without advance booking, plus one free product each quarter up to $30 or a $30 product discount, invitations to private events and member-only specials. Members receive whichever discount is higher when more than one applies, and the membership does not include sales tax on free or purchased items. Customers are enrolled in the loyalty program automatically and earn rewards equal to 2% of service and retail purchases. Friends who mention a client's name on their first visit earn that client 250 loyalty points. Gift cards range from $25 to $1,000, and retail products are sold in the salon with a 10% member discount.

The lounge serves beer, wine and cocktails and sells them for take out, and the business is a DORA establishment. A private manicure and pedicure room offers a choice of TV stations.
