The menu covers three areas. Skin and beauty services include customized facials aimed at concerns such as hyperpigmentation, acne, fine lines and dullness, along with microneedling, skin lightening treatments for uneven tone and dark spots, lash lifts and tints, individual lash extensions, and brow lamination with an optional tint. Body services include non-invasive body contouring with no downtime, a non-invasive BBL treatment for hip dips, Ice Body Sculpting using ice clays, body polish, seaweed and mud wraps, and waxing for the body, face and Brazilian areas.

The recovery side of the studio centers on a Vitamin C shower that includes a Vichy shower, a sauna that uses deep heat, and a cold plunge. The business says the Vitamin C shower neutralizes chlorine and harsh water chemicals, and that the cold plunge reduces inflammation and boosts circulation. The studio has a private sauna, a cold plunge, a Vichy shower and a Vitamin C shower.

Post-op care is organized in three stages for clients recovering from liposuction, BBL or tummy tuck. Stage 1 begins once the client's surgeon has cleared soft manual therapy and focuses on swelling, fluid retention and lymphatic drainage. Stage 2 works on deeper tissue, fibrosis and scar tissue, and is offered as swelling subsides and the surgeon approves deeper work. Stage 3 is a refinement phase for contouring and skin tightening once most swelling has resolved.

Clients can book individual appointments, group appointments, packages and gift cards online. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and no hidden fees. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead can be done online or by phone without a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50% service charge, and a missed appointment without prior cancellation carries a 100% charge. Booking confirmation counts as agreement to the no-show policy.

The studio builds facials and body treatments around each client's specific concerns, and sequences post-operative care to follow the client's surgeon's clearance.
