Appointments are booked through the online booking page or by phone. Hours run Tuesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday noon to 8 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. Free parking is available in the lot, and the room offers wifi, a TV, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The studio is listed as kid friendly but is not wheelchair accessible.

Lash extension appointments range from a 30-minute mini fill, which is for existing clients booked within 7 days of their last lash visit, to a 3-hour full set at $150. A two-week fill needs at least half of the extensions still in place. A three-week fill is for visits more than four weeks after the last appointment or when less than 40 percent remain, and a full set may be required in those cases. Natural lash options include a lash tint that lasts up to four weeks, a custom lash lift, and an enhanced lift that adds a few extensions to a classic lift.

Brow lamination, at $90 and about an hour, includes a consultation, a brow wax, the lamination, and a custom tint, and results typically last six to eight weeks. Clients using retinol or tretinoin are asked to stop five to seven days beforehand. A brow tint at $30 lasts up to three weeks. The Birthday Facial, $222 for about 90 minutes, combines high frequency, lymphatic drainage with gua sha and facial cupping, and a scalp and shoulder massage. Dermaplaning uses a blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz. Waxing covers the nose, lip, face, neck, arms, underarms, chest, bikini and Brazilian areas; a Brazilian wax needs hair at least a quarter inch long and removes hair from the front, with the backside available on request.

There are no fees for cancellations or no-shows. Gift certificates never expire and come in preset amounts of $25, $50, $75 or $100, or any custom amount from $10 to $1,000. They can be sent by email, text or both, right away or on a scheduled date, but sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payment options include Google Pay, Apple Pay, major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash, with Klarna, AfterPay and Affirm accepted on qualifying orders.
