Education is central to how the salon runs. It prioritizes stylist education and offers different levels of education to professionals and non-professionals. Monday is set aside as Stylist Education Day, so it is not a regular client day. Stylists set individual pricing that reflects their education and experience, and the salon says each stylist has their own approach to craft and continued learning.

Appointments are booked through the Book Appointment button on the salon's site, which shows service descriptions, prices and times. A credit card is required when booking. Appointments can be moved, canceled or adjusted up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that window, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Color services include a consultation, an estimate, a toner and a professional blow dry, and any extra steps needed to reach the desired color are priced separately. Color and extensions consultations are free, and clients can reach a stylist through the Instagram links beside each bio.
