Signature offerings are personalized hair rituals that the salon ties to each client's astrological identity. Services are sold a la carte, and the listed prices are starting base prices that can rise with hair length, texture or density. Extension, vivid and color correction appointments are consultation-only and are booked through a consultation with Wes Midgett. Haircuts include a complimentary neck clean-up and a bang trim between appointments. Color services include toner in most listed prices but do not include a blow dry.

Junior Stylists are licensed professionals who have completed the salon's assistant program, and they receive ongoing education and mentorship from the senior team. Their services cover cuts, styling and color at a lower price point than the senior stylists. The salon says its junior services offer strong value.

Appointments can be booked online through a Phorest booking page, or by contacting the salon directly by phone, text or email. A valid credit card is required to reserve color appointments and for all online bookings. Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours ahead. No-call, no-show appointments are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service total, and genuine emergencies are handled case by case if the salon is contacted as soon as possible. Gift cards can be bought through the online booking page.
