Beyond locs, the studio offers color (with or without bleach), hair treatments such as a hot steam scalp hydrator, a detox and an aloe vera scalp scrub, and a body contouring service. Consultations for locs, retwists and wellness are available for clients who want advice before booking.

Children 9 and under can book retwists, starter locs and kids' micro locs. Clients can also book same-day appointments when a time is open. The studio opens at 6am Monday through Saturday, and Sunday hours are arranged directly with the stylist.

Deposits count toward the total and are non-refundable. Card payments are taken through Square on the day of the appointment, and Apple Pay, cash and Zelle are also accepted. Clients can reschedule or cancel through the app or by telling the stylist directly. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead means 50% of the total is due. A 15-minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee is added, and an appointment is cancelled if the client has not arrived 20 minutes after the start time unless the stylist was told in advance.

Clients with a nut allergy should mention it, since coconut can sometimes appear in product formulas. Clients who smoke are asked to air out or spray themselves before entering and not to smoke on the walk to the door.
