Each suite has 24/7 access and an alarm system. Free water, soda, wine and towels are provided for everyone, and an on-site SBR store sells hair products and clothing.

Each suite is occupied by a separate professional with their own business, services and policies, so clients book with the individual professional rather than the building. The booking page groups appointments into categories including color, facials and waxing, perms, sew-ins, quick weave and wigs, silk press, and hair length.

The business is set up as a rental model, with each professional working from their own suite.
