Each visit begins with an assessment of the scalp and hair, and the treatment plan is adjusted as the appointment goes on. According to the salon, the goals of its customized treatments include moisture retention, shine, manageability, softer texture and revealing natural texture, along with hair growth and damage reversal. Complimentary snacks and alkaline water are offered, and a 15% auto-gratuity is added to all services. The salon says its pricing is at or below industry standards.

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures an appointment, and the card on file is charged when booking. A deposit can be moved once if the client reschedules within a week of the original appointment. A color consultation is required before any color service. A half wig install requires a consultation first and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Appointments booked after 4 PM carry a $30 fee. Wednesday and Thursday evening appointments at 5:30 pm carry the same fee and have a $130 base minimum, and clients can pre-book no more than their next two evening appointments at a time.

Cancelling at least 72 hours ahead is free. Cancelling within 72 hours costs 50% of the appointment total, and cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up costs 100%, with no-shows facing a booking ban. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice cancels the appointment as a same-day cancellation. Clients who have not visited in more than four months book as new clients. A $50 fee applies if hair is not detangled or taken down and the extra service cannot fit in the time slot. Booking means consent to being filmed for promotional use, and sensitive audio is never used. The salon can be reached at (469) 844-8141.

Care is built around treatment rather than styling alone. Each visit starts with a look at scalp and hair, and the plan is changed as needed during the appointment.
