The studio aims for permanent makeup that looks natural and enhances the face rather than looking like makeup. Consultations are free and can be held virtually or in person. A new client session covers a full consultation, facial mapping and the chosen procedure, followed by one complimentary touch-up four to six weeks later. The client approves the facial map and design before any pigment is applied.

Nano Brows ($1,250, about two hours) use a single ultra-fine needle to build hair-like strokes. Brow touch-ups are priced by how long ago the original set was done, from $450 at seven to twelve months to $650 at nineteen to twenty-four months, and a set older than 32 months is priced as a new full-price set at $1,250. Lip work includes Lip Blushing ($1,200, about three hours, built up through gradual color layering) and the Korean Natural Lip Line Expansion ($1,500), which the studio says lasts up to three years. Eyeliner and tightline work costs $850 and takes about 1.5 hours, with touch-ups from $350.

The studio also takes on restorative sessions for permanent makeup done elsewhere that a client is unhappy with. Results depend on the pigment already in the skin. Touch-ups after the complimentary window are open to clients whose original work was done at Moai. Clients more than 32 months past their service are asked to book a new full session.

Alongside the makeup services, the studio offers clarity readings. Individual options are the Clarity Snapshot ($555, 60 minutes), the Full Clarity Session ($777, 90 minutes) and the Deep Dive ($999, 120 minutes). Other readings cover couples, whole families, and parents and children. The practice describes its readings as structured, research-based analysis rather than therapy or fortune-telling. Sessions begin with a detailed questionnaire, and bookings are accepted based on fit and readiness.

Each permanent makeup plan is built around the client's own face, with the design approved before any pigment goes in. Procedures use a precision machine and an ultra-fine needle.
