The menu centers on eye and brow work: lash extension sets and refills, Korean Method and dual lash lifts, brow laminations, and a range of permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips. Facial waxing and tinting, tiny tattoos, and a non-laser tattoo removal option round out the list. Lash extension sets come in Classic, Glam, Volume and Mega Volume styles, with Hybrid and Wispy styles also available. Permanent makeup is usually a two-step process, with an initial session followed by a perfecting session, and some clients need a third. Clients who want permanent makeup are asked to send clear photos of the brows, eyes or lips before booking.

Booking is done online, and the studio phone line is for text messages only. Every service requires a commitment deposit, and the appointment is not confirmed until it is paid. A $75 non-refundable booking fee secures the appointment and counts toward the total. Each deposit allows one reschedule made at least 72 hours ahead. Late cancellations within 72 hours are charged half the service price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to cancellation with the deposit forfeited. Remaining balances are paid at the appointment, with cash preferred or Zelle; card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee. Additional guests, children and pets are not accommodated during appointments, and new clients need to bring ID to their first visit.
