The menu covers eyebrow shaping in four styles: full natural, naturally arched, straight, and hard or soft angled. Brow tinting is also offered. Lash lifts use a keratin treatment with silicone eye pads, take about an hour, and are described as lasting 2 to 3 months depending on aftercare. Lash tinting uses a vegetable dye that lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Lash lift clients are asked to arrive without mascara or eye makeup, and any eyelash extensions must be removed a week beforehand. The studio describes the lash lift as a safe alternative to extensions.

Microblading starts with a consultation several days before the appointment and a signed consent form. Strokes are described as lasting 12 to 24 months, depending on skin type. A touch-up is needed within 4 to 6 weeks of the first session; a touch-up after six weeks carries a $100 charge. A single touch-up, one application, starts at $400, and microblading with a touch-up for virgin brows, two applications, costs $680. Aftercare guidance is included.

Multi-service bundles combine eyebrow shaping, lash lifts and microblading. The studio also runs two 4-hour courses, Brow Design Training and Lash Lift Training, at $500 each. Beauty training courses require a 20% non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to the class fee.

Appointments are needed; the studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 6pm and is closed Sunday and Monday. Deposits are non-refundable and credited toward future services, and clients are asked to arrive on time. The studio holds a Permit to Operate from the San Mateo County Environmental Health Division.
