Elaine

Elaine is an eyebrow specialist, makeup artist and beauty consultant, and she is also a certified microblading technician. She finished cosmetology school in 1998 and has held a California State Board license ever since. Her beauty career spans over 25 years. She first worked at 77 Maiden Lane Salon and Spa, in the Union Square area of San Francisco, where for a couple of years she learned makeup suited to television, film and Nob Hill Magazine shoots. She has provided wedding makeup services. In 2012 she served as a brow, lash and makeup educator at Blink Cosmetics in San Francisco. She has offered microblading since 2017, focusing on filling in sparse or overgrown brows. She also shows clients how to handle their own makeup at a professional level.
