The menu is organized around color. Options include lived-in color, blonding, partial blonding or lowlights as an add-on, gloss, root touch-ups, custom color, all-over color and vivid refreshes, with blowouts included in many of those prices. Color correction and vivid custom work is charged hourly at $100 and needs a conversation with the stylist before booking. Cuts, bang or beard trims, kids' cuts under 12, extension installs, updos and treatments such as the K18 system are also available. Pricing is shown as starting rates that can change with individual needs.

Booking works in steps. Appointments are requested and approved before they are confirmed, and a card on file is needed to reserve. That card is only charged under the cancellation policy. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made within 48 hours or missed appointments carry a 50% service charge. All services are final and non-refundable, and booking means accepting these policies.

New clients are welcome. Full-head extension installs are reserved for existing extension clients, so new clients need an in-person consultation first.
