Melanie

Melanie is the stylist and suite owner at Melanie Loves Hair, working independently at Suites at Monroe in Monroe, North Carolina. She has worked in the beauty industry for nearly a decade and focuses on lived-in color, blonding, vivid color and haircuts, with custom color, gray blending and extensions also among her specialties. She takes time to learn each client's goals and talks through what will work for their hair. Her color work is built around dimensional and creative color suited to each client, and she shows clients how to care for their hair at home. Low-maintenance vivids are one of her specialties. Training includes work with Goldwell, K18, Olaplex, Aqua Hair Extensions, Amika and Danger Jones. She is a certified Danger Jones expert colorist and continues her education to keep up with new techniques, products and trends.
