Booking is online, and the booking page lists hours of Wednesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Sunday through Tuesday. A free 15-minute consultation is available for clients planning a big change. Gift cards can be bought on the booking page.

Bridal work is a major part of the menu, with hair and makeup trials, bridesmaid makeup and makeup lessons where clients learn to do their own look on personalized face charts.
