The lash menu is organized by design. A natural classic set uses mink extensions, a volume set is layered for a fuller look, and the hybrid designs combine anime, Thai and cat-eye styles, with more than ten hybrid options listed. Bottom lash sets, extension removal and refills are also offered. Refills must be booked within 14 days for a two-week fill or within 21 days for a three-week fill, counted from the day after the last lash appointment.

Keratin lash lifts last roughly four to six weeks or longer, and a tinted version also changes lash color. For brows, clients can choose lamination with expert shaping, a tint on its own, or lamination and tint together in one visit, with the tint made with a vegan-friendly dye. Waxing covers eyebrows and small facial areas, including the forehead, upper lip and chin.

Before a visit, clients sign a waiver covering the risks of lash extension application and removal, and they are asked to request pricing first if they have a budget. Technicians are assigned as requested, though a particular technician cannot be guaranteed. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free; later changes and no-shows are charged the full service total to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and charged in full, although a lighter lash style may be offered if the client still wants to go ahead, with the original charge kept.

Clients are asked to avoid oil-based eye products, saunas, steam rooms, waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers, and to leave extensions to a professional for removal rather than taking them off at home. By booking, clients give permission for before and after photos to be published for advertising.
