The studio says education plays a large part in getting results from skincare, and it aims to give each client what they need to reach their skin goals. New clients usually begin with a consultation, which is a one-on-one in-studio visit to set a home care routine and plan future treatments, and then a New Client Treatment that includes a skin analysis, a first treatment and a review of the plan. Consult and treatment options and a consult with a DMK enzyme treatment are also available for first-time clients.

Treatment menu items include DMK Skin Care, ProCell Microchanneling and an Acne Bootcamp program. Acne treatments are scheduled every two weeks, and body acne is treated with a peel that works on circulation and lymphatic flow. Other options include a Spicule treatment, which is an eight-step microspear program using ingredients derived from freshwater sponges, a chemical peel for concerns such as pigmentation and fine lines, and a customized Signature Facial that can include dermaplaning, LED, cryotherapy, massage and a light peel.

Between visits, clients have a bi-weekly virtual check-in by FaceTime or Zoom to review progress.
