The allergy side starts with skin prick testing, with intradermal testing added when prick results are negative. Patch testing helps identify triggers of allergic contact dermatitis, and blood testing is used when skin tests may be unsafe or unlikely to give a clear answer. When recommended, immunotherapy (allergy shots) follows testing. Lung function testing includes spirometry, a breathing test for asthma that can be repeated before and after a bronchodilator. A new patient's first visit includes a history and physical, and an allergy evaluation may follow. New patients are asked to bring photo ID, insurance cards, any required referral, a medication list, medical history, relevant prior tests and completed new patient forms.

Other treatments include microdermabrasion, Pixel skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, and varicose and spider vein removal by sclerotherapy or laser. The spa is staffed by board certified physicians and three licensed medical estheticians, and it sells home care products for clients continuing treatment at home.

The practice accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid with a referral, and patients should call their insurer to confirm network participation. Uninsured self-pay patients have a starting price of $125, with details available from the office. Physicals for school, sport or work cost $75. Hours differ by location and are subject to change: Westchester is open Monday and Thursday 9am to 4pm, Tuesday 1pm to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, and is closed Wednesdays.
