Clinical staff include licensed estheticians and medical assistants who work alongside Dr. Savitha Susarla, with a front desk team handling bookings. Staff speak English, Spanish, Polish and Telugu. Consultations for its services are free, and facial consultations include a skin analysis for clients who aren't sure which facial or laser service suits them.
