Rejuviwell was formerly known as Face by Kate, and the business operates under a legal entity called Face by Kate, LLC. The practice sits at 81 South McLean Boulevard in South Elgin, inside Rejuviwell Suites. Visits are by appointment, booked through the booking link on the site. In-home concierge visits and Chicago-based services can be requested by contacting the office.

Services fall into two groups. Aesthetic treatments include neurotoxin injections, hyaluronic acid filler for volume loss in the face and lips, RADIESSE biostimulator injections for the face, neck, décolletage or hands, SkinPen microneedling to encourage collagen production, a customized VI Peel for pigmentation, acne, scars and fine lines, PRP and PRFM with SELPHYL, and laser skin rejuvenation. Wellness services include vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, lipotropic and NAD+ injections, IV infusions with additives chosen for current health concerns, and health and hormone optimization.

Laser work centers on ULTRACLEAR, a cold fiber laser that the site says addresses pigmentation, wrinkles, age spots, uneven texture and acne scars. Full-face sessions run 20 to 30 minutes. Light resurfacing typically brings two to four days of mild redness and flaking, while deeper treatments involve three to five days of peeling and redness. According to the site, results can last one to five years and vary from person to person, and the laser is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and described as safe for all skin types, including darker skin tones. Laser plans are customized around each person's areas of concern, using 3D MIRACL, ULTRACLEAR and Laser-Coring.

A health, wellness or hormone consultation is a one-hour visit to review health history, lab work and concerns and to build a treatment plan. The fee starts at $100 and can be applied to a service booked the same day. Before filler, clients avoid dental appointments for two weeks on either side of treatment and wait four weeks after any vaccination. Pre- and post-care instructions arrive by email and through the patient portal. Appointments can be changed or canceled at least 48 hours ahead through the portal or by calling the office, and cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. The site notes that results are not guaranteed. Payment is accepted by cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle.
