The cutting menu covers short, medium and long cuts. Short cuts use clippers and scissors for hair above the earlobe, medium cuts use scissors only for hair above the neck, and long cuts are for hair below the earlobe. Each cut includes a shampoo and blow dry, and a standalone blowdry style is also offered.

Color services range from gloss toning for shine and brassiness to root coverage for gray or retouching within 4-6 weeks of the last visit, all-over color refreshes, partial and full highlights, and balayage in both touch-up and full versions. A blonde transformation is available, along with color correction, creative color with fashion shades and custom placement, and a hair transformation service. Color transformations and creative color require a consultation before booking, and pricing for those services varies.

Booking rules are clear: cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice of the appointment, and cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows are subject to a 50% service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
