First-time clients start with a consultation, which costs $25 and must be booked at least 48 hours before any other service. No other appointments can be booked on the same day as that consultation, and first-time clients pay a $20 deposit. The new client experience, starting at $110, runs at least 80 minutes and covers a shampoo with scalp cleansing, conditioning, a trim or detailed haircut, a hair assessment and an at-home care plan. It is offered to first-time clients and to returning clients who have been away for three months or more.

The menu is broad. Color options include toner or gloss treatments, single process color, highlights in partial or full versions, and double process color that may take several sessions. Natural and curly hair services include hydrate and define, braid-outs and twist-outs, coils, and rod sets. Micro loc work covers consultations, retightening every six to eight weeks, and installation, where each loc is placed individually with a customized parting pattern and a style finish. Relaxers, silk presses, protective styles, extensions, kids' braids and twists, waxing and brow sculpting are also on the menu.

Several policies affect booking. A $50 fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours, and an appointment is canceled if the client is more than 15 minutes late, with the same fee. If a card on file is declined for insufficient funds, the client must pay the fee before booking online again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
