The salon's stated mission is personalized, relaxing services that leave each guest feeling refreshed. It describes its environment as relaxing, with a focus on well-being. According to the salon, most of its staff have been with it since they started in the industry as apprentices.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Guests are asked to arrive a little early, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Appointments booked through the website require prepayment. Cancellations and changes need 24 or more hours notice, made online or by phone; otherwise the salon may charge 50% of the missed service total, including for no-shows. Color and foil pricing starts by level, and prices marked with a plus sign may vary by stylist and service level. Color and texture pricing can also depend on hair density, length and how complex the result is. Corrective color and texture work, including perms, relaxers and straightening treatments, requires a consultation before booking. Guests who are unhappy with a service should contact the salon within 14 days for a redo with their original stylist, as no refunds are given on services. Promotions cannot be combined with other specials or used on package specials, and retail products may be returned with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
