Clients book through the studio's online booking calendar. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 6:30pm, and clients can also reach it by phone or email.

The menu covers a classic full set, which gives a natural look and takes about two hours, and a hybrid set that mixes classic and volume application over the same time. A volume set uses 2D, 3D and 4D lashes for added fullness and takes about two hours and fifteen minutes. Bottom lash extensions take about 45 minutes, lash removal about 40 minutes, and a 2-3 week touch up about an hour.

Beyond appointments, the studio offers training. Online courses cover a complete lash extension course, a wispy lash style course and a brow mapping and brow henna tint course, each at $19.99. A three-day in-person lash training workshop, with five hours of instruction per day, costs $3000 and is scheduled by contacting the studio. The workshop listing says it includes the online course at no extra cost and a starter's kit.
