MGMD Aesthetics opened in 2019 and is run by Dr. Michael Green, its founder and physician. Services are by appointment only. New patients can request a complimentary consultation, after which a treatment plan is prescribed. Prices shown on the site are reference examples only; actual needs are determined at the one-on-one consultation with Dr. Green. Returning patients book through the patient portal calendar. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday from 11AM to 4PM, and is closed Sundays.

The practice is an authorized reseller of Botox, Dysport and Juvederm products. It costs $1,200 to $1,800 per treatment, and the site notes that treatment numbers vary, with sessions typically spaced at least a month apart. Noticeable improvement typically begins at four to six weeks. Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that the site says stimulates collagen and is FDA-approved for facial skin laxity and volume loss related to aging. The site states it is not a dermal filler. Most patients need two to three sessions four to six weeks apart, each about 20 to 30 minutes, with early change around six to eight weeks and significant improvement at three to four months. Results can last up to two years or longer.
