Michael Green, MD

Michael Green, MD, founded MGMD Aesthetics in 2019 and practices there as its physician. He holds board certification and has worked in medicine for over a quarter century, 25 of those years as an Emergency Physician. In 2000 he opened LightCare Medical Spa, his first aesthetic practice, and in 2013 he took charge of medical services at Spaderma Med Spa in Lincoln Park.

His education began with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Miami, followed by an M.D. from the University of South Florida. He then trained in Emergency Medicine through a residency at the University of Illinois Chicago, and completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine with the American Academy for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

His clinical work centers on neuromodulators, Kybella and Sculptra. Before recommending Kybella, he weighs anatomy, fat distribution, skin structure and each patient's goals. Sculptra treatment plans are tailored individually during the consultation.
