The studio says its priorities are one-on-one attention, honest recommendations and hair health. Before a service, the stylist looks at hair history, hair type and the result a client has in mind. Color correction is billed by the hour, and a free consultation gives an estimate before any work begins.

Extensions follow a set path. A free 30-minute consultation is required before any install, covering color matching, install planning and exact pricing. Tape-in and sew-in installs are offered, and tape-ins need a move-up every six to eight weeks. Extension hair is purchased separately from the install, and the studio helps clients order pieces matched to their color, length and texture.

Booking is recommended for every service. Clients can book online or call or text the salon, and messages receive a reply within one business day. Deposits are required for many services, ranging from $15 to $100 depending on the service. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday 1pm to 10pm and Saturday 11am to 7pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
