The Queen Street salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, and is closed on Mondays. Its phone number is (703) 548-4000. The head spa at 333 Commerce Street is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 6:15 pm, closed on Mondays, and can be reached at (703) 683-3200.
Nail services come in classic and Indulgence tiers, with gel polish, dip powder, GelX and liquid gel options. Skincare includes three named facials, microdermabrasion and peels. Brow and lash services range from tinting and henna to microblading and Nanobrow. Head spa treatments include a 45-minute Archelois Treatment and a 60-minute Aphrodite Treatment, both built around scalp massage and scrub.
According to the salon, its goal is high-quality products and services performed with care in a curated space, and it describes itself as a calm place to relax, whether alone or with family and friends. Kathleen Le is committed to using high-quality, safe products and to showing clients how to use them.
Clients are asked to call if they will be late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have services shortened or be rescheduled, and the regular price is still charged. A credit card holds all appointments and is charged only after services are completed, or for a late cancellation or no-show, which is billed at 75% of the total booked. Groups of four or more pay a 50% deposit at booking, and changes within 12 hours are charged 50% of the original service. The whole salon can be reserved for special events, depending on day, time and availability. Gift cards are sold in store and gift certificates on the website. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted, along with tips by cash or Venmo.
