Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, coloring, blonding and highlighting, and treatments, with add-ons that can be booked alongside color. Each service is priced on its own, and the listed prices are ranges that depend on time, detail and product. A free consultation, in person or through a digital form, comes before any hair service, and the final price is confirmed then.
The studio is wheelchair accessible, listed as kid friendly, and has wifi, complimentary drinks and snacks. Clients can bring their own drinks and snacks for longer appointments and can request a silent appointment through the pre-appointment form. The studio says it supports the LGBTQIA+ community and aims to be a safe space.
Cancellations and no-shows currently carry no fee, but the studio asks for notice as early as possible, and repeated last-minute changes may affect a client's access to preferred times later. Free parking is in the studio's lot on Wilcox Street just off Idlewild Boulevard, with street parking along Idlewild when the lot is full. Cash is accepted but change is often limited, and cards, digital wallets and several buy-now-pay-later options are accepted.
Visits begin with a consultation that looks at the goals for the look now and later, how the color will grow out, and how to keep it up at home.
