Color is the core of the menu. Options run from Root Touch Up and Grey Blending to Partial and Full Highlight or Balayage, the Mini Melt, and the Clean and Classic Foil, which pairs a foil highlight taken to the root with a glaze, treatment and blow dry. The Full MELT is a dimensional color that combines highlighting and balayage with a glaze, root melt, treatment and blow dry, and the salon says that color can last more than four months. Root Refresh and Cut is designed for root touch-ups and grey coverage and includes a conditioning treatment, haircut and blow dry. Haircuts include a women's cut and style and Trim. Tone. Treat., a cut with a blow dry and a gloss or conditioning treatment that the salon suggests every eight to sixteen weeks.

Custom keratin bond extensions, called K-Tips, are bonded individually and matched to hair tone, texture and density. A consultation is required first to assess hair health, goals, pricing and timing. After consultation, the salon's averages are about $700 to $1,000 for fullness with no added length, $1,100 to $1,700 for length and fullness on fine hair, and $1,800 or more for medium to thick hair. The final quote depends on color, texture and how much hair is needed. With proper installation and at-home care, the salon says K-Tips can last three to five months without salon move-ups. Clients receive aftercare products and lunch during K-Tip appointments, and the salon says it sources premium hair for its extension clients.

The suite feels comfortable and cozy. Snacks and drinks are offered during services, and silent appointments are available on request. Clients are asked to attend alone and to arrive on time, since running 15 or more minutes late means rescheduling. Booking is requested online. Clients who style their hair at home and skip a blow dry receive 15 percent off their service.

Policies: rescheduling needs 36 hours' notice, cancellations within 24 hours are charged 30 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows pay 50 percent of the booked services to reschedule a future appointment. Redo or color tweak requests should be made within one week of the appointment, after which a service fee may apply. According to the salon's 2026 price list, a women's haircut and style is $80, a root touch-up $95, and grey blending $285.
