Salon Brielle Studio & Suites works as a rental space rather than a traditional employing salon. Every stylist is an independent business owner who rents a chair or a suite, sets their own schedule and keeps all of their sales. The salon states that many of its independent beauty professionals launched their businesses there.

The salon was founded by Laura, its owner and an experienced stylist. It has two locations: Naperville, and Warrenville, which sits just off Deihl Road near Lifetime and next to Super Target.

Private suites are offered to stylists and beauty technicians who want a quieter, more private space. Suite renters have full creative control over decor and receive their own set of keys, and a waitlist is kept for suite rental.

Each location has a private parking lot, is open seven days a week, and has a stocked coffee bar supplied by the salon. Both have a back room with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, and washer and dryer, and free on-site laundry with detergent is included for renters. Wifi is available for renters and their clients.

Each station comes with a dresser for storage, retail shelves, and a lockable cabinet for color and overstock with a pull-out mixing shelf. Rent includes all utilities, basic cleaning supplies, towels and capes, and a bi-weekly cleaning service can be added. Renters receive a business name and number plaque displayed in the sign by the front door, and may host classes in the salon space.
