Clients usually begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to talk through cut and color options that suit their hair texture and the result they want. Bringing a photo of a look they like is welcome. Online bookings are handled through Glossgenius. Highlights and gray blending require a $125 deposit for new clients and an in-person consultation first, and clients who cancel with less than three days' notice need to pay a deposit before booking again. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 7:30 PM, Wednesday from 12 to 6:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Products are chosen with hair and scalp in mind: sulphate-free, eco-friendly, vegan hair products are recommended during appointments. The salon says its color includes a UV filter, which it describes as the only one of its kind. A portfolio of past work shows partial highlights, touch-ups, all over color, color correction, and women's cuts combined with color or highlights. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts and are final once sold.
