Stylists work as independent contractors, so starting prices and accepted payment methods can differ from one stylist to the next, and clients can take questions about a specific stylist's policies to the front desk or to the stylist directly. Most color and specialty services are priced as a starting point, since each one is customized to the client. Consultations are complimentary, and new clients need a consultation before ombre, balayage, up styles, specialty or punky colors, color correction and extensions.

The menu runs from facials to hair to lashes. Facials include the Pamper Me Facial at $95, several $130 options (Timeless Glow Anti-Aging, Radiance Brightening, Customized Signature and Acne Clarifying), and $95 treatments for men, teens and the back. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with full sets from $135 to $185 and fills every two to four weeks. Hair pricing starts at $15 for bang trims and $40 for clipper cuts, and runs through color, highlight and cut combinations, perms and keratin-style treatments.

Appointment changes require at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may incur a fee. Kids are welcome in the salon, provided an adult stays with them the whole time. Product returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, while sale items are final. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are taken, though many stylists would rather be paid in cash or by check. Full-time stations are available for stylists to rent.
